Last Sunday morning I was at home flipping channels and started watching a preacher who was talking about Ezekiel. He was drawing the congregation's attention to a certain passage. Then I heard a weird rustling sound, like a strong wind blowing through the trees. When I realized what I was hearing, I was moved to tears– it was the sound of hundreds of believers turning to the passage in their Bibles! Beautiful!
My passion/calling/burden is for proclaiming the Gospel around the Nashville, TN area. Yes, very odd indeed, but very much needed. I go out on the streets whenever I can to preach and talk with people about Jesus Christ. You may see me on Broadway (usually near 2nd or 3rd Ave.), outside the arena, near the stadium or at other outside events– wherever there are people who need Jesus (which is everywhere). If you are interested in learning about how to share the Gospel or are an evangelist in the area (and I don’t know you), please contact me.
Just thought I’d throw this out here.
It’s actually quite amazing, in a good way! So, the guy TOTALLY cannot go hardly more than a week without finding an opportunity to go and share the good news about. I think last weekend, he went out to three different locations to . “Evangelize” means that he preaches sometimes, he reads the bible out loud sometimes, and most often he hands out .
He’s quite sensitive to stories about people who’ve been touched byin just about any way–whether that means saved, healed, or delivered… or just plain stories where God shows up in the picture in unexpected ways. His heart breaks for the lost, and he weeps when the touches him.
Who could ask for more? I am married to a man who loves with His Father’s heart and, as a result, feels compelled to tell as many as he possibly can about how to be in relationship with God in a way that will change your life!
All my love,
(aka Cara Colleen Coble)
